Return Policy
At ViperTriggers, we respect your right to change your mind. Our return policy complies with EU consumer protection laws.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
You have the right to return your product within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. To initiate a return, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after 14 days may be denied at our discretion.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be in its original condition
- Be fully functional and undamaged
- Show no signs of misuse or tampering
- Be returned securely packaged
You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the product is returned safely and in good condition.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will refund:
- The full purchase price
- The original shipping costs, up to the amount of the lowest-cost standard shipping option offered at checkout.
(If you selected express or premium shipping, only the cost of the standard shipping method will be refunded.)
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.

Customized or personalized orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Warranty Policy
At ViperTriggers, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.
1. Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures under normal and intended use for a period of 12 months. If a product becomes faulty during this period, we will provide a replacement part free of charge, subject to the conditions below
2. Wear & Tear Disclaimer
Our triggers are designed for intensive use and, similar to items like car tires or drumsticks, are classified as wear parts. While durable, they are subject to gradual degradation through regular use.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or accidents
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
3. Proof & Evaluation
To qualify for a warranty claim:
- You must provide photo or video evidence of the defect
- You must demonstrate that the product was used properly and not damaged through negligence
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will ship the replacement part at no additional cost.
4. How to Submit a Claim
To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@vipertriggers.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos clearly showing the damage
We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the above conditions.
Import Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
The shipping carrier may contact the buyer directly to request payment of these charges online prior to delivery. Failure to pay the required import duties and taxes may result in delays or prevention of delivery.
If ViperTriggers is notified that the buyer has not paid the required import duties or taxes, the buyer will be informed by email. If payment is still not completed, the shipment may be returned to sender at additional cost or, in some cases, destroyed by the shipping carrier.
In the event of a return, the buyer may request a refund for the product only (excluding shipping costs). Any return shipping costs and any import duties or taxes charged for the return shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the shipment is destroyed by the shipping carrier due to non-payment of import duties or taxes, no refund will be issued.
